On 29 October, it will be exactly 80 years since Breda was liberated by General Maczek and his soldiers of the 1st Polish Armoured Division. In the months of September, October, and November 2024, Breda will commemorate this with a variety of activities organized by local organisations. The festivities and ceremonies will be a special commemoration and celebration, with much interest from both the residents of Breda and people from Poland.
