This summer, you can visit the solo exhibition Re-Belle there. Artist Maria Roosen added colourful (glass) elements to the historic backdrop of the church.

For children, from young to older, the Grote Kerk offers various treasure hunts, and adults can discover the special building and its stories through an audio tour.
If you love classical organ music, you should definitely attend one of the Bach on Sunday concerts.

At Stedelijk Museum Breda, animals take centre stage this summer. For children, there are creative workshops, animal treasure hunts through the museum, and even an animal bingo.
With the Familiesporen programme, you can embark on an active exploration through the beautiful Nassau exhibition and the Ambitie en Verlangen exhibition.
Furthermore, this summer at Stedelijk Museum Breda, you can also visit various temporary exhibitions such as De Lusten van Engelbrecht, Tamara Muller, Nieuwe Aanwinsten.

There are theatres that close their doors at the end of June to reopen in September. The Chassé Theatre does it differently. It's summer, so the Chassé goes outdoors. For example, with Sunset Cinema, film screenings at surprising locations in the city. Or the Folding Chair Cabaret with three cabaret performances at a special location.
On the terrace of Vensters, the hospitality hotspot of the Chassé Theatre, you can regularly enjoy live music. And indoors, both theatre and cinema offer a summer programme.
The Blind Walls Gallery is our street museum. More than 130 (!) murals throughout Breda tell the stories of the city. The paintings are created by artists from all over the world. You can explore the Blind Walls Gallery on your own by bike or on foot, or you can also join a guided tour.
