The fish specials are delivered fresh weekly from the Rungis fish market in Paris, while the meat is directly imported from South America and Spain. It is delivered at a constant temperature and has never been frozen. The dry-aged meat specials of El Puerto are specially dry-aged by the supplier for El Puerto.

Every weekend from 9:00 PM onwards, a DJ plays music. Club El Puerto also has a large terrace of 100m2 by the harbour.
