Liberty Bell at Chassé Theater

A prominent politician finds herself stranded on the eve of the election results with her child in ‘the middle of nowhere’. 

This forced standstill provides space for the first time for her thoughts and memories that are rapidly interchanging and cannot be suppressed any longer. How has she ended up at this point? What is the cost of the sacrifices she has had to make and what do her choices mean for the upbringing and life of her child? 

In Liberty Bell , we see the struggle of a woman as she seeks to reconcile her role as a politician with her role as a woman and a single mother through dialogue with herself and her child.
