Learn to ferment vegetables! During the workshop, 2 different fermentation techniques will be explained, along with safety considerations and why you should do this. Afterwards, you will make your own sauerkraut, which you will take home with you. Examples will be prepared in advance, so you can taste all 3 items. You will go home with your own jar of homemade sauerkraut, recipes, and instructions. This workshop includes a delicious plant-based lunch, coffee, and tea. Please bring a jar of about 1 litre, with an opening large enough for your hand to fit in.
