Parels. A promising name for this circular shop that opened in September 2020. The second-hand treasures you find here come from the thrift store Vindingrijk. Parels has no inventory. Every day you score new items in the shop and on the webshop.
In addition to a shop, Parels also wants to be a place for meeting and inspiration for people who want to work towards a circular Breda. There are workspaces and meeting rooms, you can go there for information and advice, and workshops are organised. The interior of the shop is also made from reused materials. How circular do you want it to be?

Organic coffee, organic bread, and homemade cake. Sounds good, right? All the items in the shop are for sale and personally made or collected. There’s also a lot of brocante from Belgium, France, and England. Items with a story. So no mass production or production in third-world countries. You can shop for your items with peace of mind at STILLEVEN.

The Salvation Army established ‘ReShare’ in 2006: a way to collect and reuse clothing and textiles. This way, fewer clothing items and shoes end up in incinerators. The price you pay for that beautiful piece of clothing also goes entirely to the assistance provided by the Salvation Army. Helping people while shopping. It doesn’t get any better than that, does it?
