As a tenant, you can use all the facilities free of charge, giving your business a significant boost. The building is conveniently located in Breda and has a large private parking lot. Furthermore, it is equipped with the most modern, sustainable solutions.

It was important to create the 'I want to work here' feeling upon entry. We have extended that feel throughout the rest of the building - the meeting rooms, offices, pantries. Thanks to the warm colours, plants, art, and beautiful murals, there is a very pleasant and inviting atmosphere.”

What can you expect at 076@WORK?
“It's all about collaboration and doing things together here. The building is designed so that everyone has their own space but can fully utilise the shared meeting rooms, kitchens, and work cafés. With glass walls and open doors, people are encouraged to connect with one another and engage in collaborations. It’s a place where transparency and activity are central, and where everyone knows each other or at least knows which company they work for.

We also organise all sorts of fun activities: from an evening out at NAC and a pub quiz to enjoyable barbecues and drinks. If you prefer to keep the door closed and not participate in anything, this is not the place for you. There is a real hands-on mentality here, and we work closely together, which brings new opportunities and possibilities.”

What is the added value of this concept for Breda?
“This site was a bit of a neglected child – there was a lot of vacancy and you could see the number of established businesses declining. That’s why we decided, along with the other owners, to make this an attractive place again. By breathing new life into the premises, we are adding something new to Breda. The whole area has received a huge boost in a short time. There are now various companies here and there is a lot of activity.”

At 076@WORK we really have our own ‘party’. Whether you feel like working in the work café or prefer to have a meeting in one of our meeting rooms – everything is possible with us! And the fact that there was a real need for this is evident from the fact that we are nearly full.”

Do you see the ‘typical Breda’ here as well?
“Breda brings people together, and you can see that reflected here too. It’s all about 'together' here, and you immediately feel that as soon as you step inside. It’s an open culture where everyone can be themselves. No fancy suits or hierarchy here, just casual, no-nonsense, and low-profile.”

It’s a place where passionate entrepreneurs come together, support each other, and are genuinely involved with one another. It reflects the hospitable character of Breda, but to the power of two. You can easily meet new people here, and the atmosphere is pleasantly accessible and friendly.”

Has it been successful (so far)?
“For me, yes. That moment came when I saw that the building was truly finished. The fact that so many collaborations are being formed and that every company is represented at our events is a sign for me that it has been successful. It’s great to see that a real community is being created. I am deeply involved in everything that happens here and make sure that everything is organised down to the last detail. And that is now bearing fruit.”
