Pierre Durand

The restaurant is characterised by constantly changing concepts and small dishes priced at €5.00 and €7.00, developed and devised by students.

Thanks to the open kitchen, you can watch how the dishes are prepared. Enjoy a pleasant afternoon or evening with good company. The unique practical facilities, including Pierre Durand, are run by students. The students will explain at the table what the current concept is and which dishes you can choose from.

De Rooi Pannen is a school community and since spring 2019, the Breda departments of Hospitality and Tourism & Events have been located on the former Seelig barracks. The Seelig barracks, with its national monuments, have been converted into a contemporary educational location with two restaurants, a brasserie and an educational hotel.
