Garden Centre De Groene Schakel

At Zanddreef, at the intersection of Zanddreef and Prinsendreef, lies the farm De Groene Schakel. A farm where sustainability is a priority. Here, cyclists and walkers can purchase sustainably grown, untreated products in the shop during their journey through the nature reserve De Groene Schakel. In the shop, there are eggs and vegetables from their own garden.

Visitors can marvel at the permaculture garden, food forest, and greenhouse before continuing their walking/cycling route in the 20 hectares of nature reserve that has been established since 2009 between Breda and Etten-Leur. The farm De Groene Schakel is also easily accessible for those who want to do a quick errand on a Friday afternoon. The farm also serves as a work environment for people with disabilities. It is located on the route from Breda to Etten-Leur. Come by sometime!
