The menu features beautiful products such as fresh Italian truffles, oysters, lobster, and scallops, as well as the finest cuts of meat from premium cuts to dry-aged meat. In the restaurant, there are several dry-age cabinets where meat is aged in view of the guest, allowing them to be taken along on the story of the meat.

Con Fuego is staffed by true wine enthusiasts, and the wine list boasting over 300 wines is unique for this type of restaurant. The wine list received the Award of Excellence from the renowned wine site Wine Spectator and a commendable two-star rating at the World’s Best Wine Lists Awards 2019 by The World of Fine Wine magazine.
