Words open gates in your mind, allowing you to immerse yourself fully.</li><li>Embodiment Annemarie van Dam leads you in a short, gentle session of 15 minutes. You will feel how your body, your temple, is structured again.</li><li>Inner Journey to Divine Love After a break, you board an imaginary spaceship and embark on an inner journey to a place of deep love and freedom, guided by Marnix.</li><li>Laughter Freedom: The Laughter Planet The main component: laughing with Marnix! In this 1.5-hour session, you completely relax by laughing without reason. Laughter reduces stress, produces endorphins, and connects people. This is not forced laughter, but a natural flow that brings you back to the here and now.</li><li>Move Yo Ass! The workshop concludes with an energetic dance session.
