Walk with Marnix van de Vijver: My summers with Mark

Discover the stories of the Mark by joining Marnix van de Vijver and wander along the waters of the river Mark in Breda. There are elephant paths that have developed, but the Mark also has a set route. The walk lasts about 1.5 hours and ends at the floating artwork De Veerman, which is located on the river Mark in the city centre of Breda.

The floating artwork De Veerman is located from 24 August to 6 October at various spots in the Mark in and around the city centre of Breda and can be visited by boat. It is part of the “Love for the Mark” programme by CrossArts. De Veerman provides a platform for various activities and programmes, such as a different artist showcasing his/her vision of the Mark each week, as well as walks, meditations, and much more.
