On Friday 28 February, the celebration kicks off at the Chassé Theater during the 22nd anniversary edition of the Klokkenberg Kielegats Konzert! A unique and festive tradition to start the Carnival weekend in style.

PhilZuid, conducted by Joost Geevers, accompanies musical star Willemijn Verkaik, seen in Wicked and Frozen. Additionally, there will be performances by baritone Michael Wilmering and trumpeter Omar Tomasoni. Comedian Leon van der Zanden will host the evening with humour and flair. After the Konzert, there will be a super fun after-party with various stages and 11 top Kielegatse bands!
