What starts as a report of a graffiti workshop in the slums of Dhaka, evolves into a true documentary thriller about the country's real problem: the corrupt elite of Bangladesh, enriching themselves with the poverty of its inhabitants. At the centre of the action is the state railway company Bangladesh Railway. A film about power and powerlessness - and how to overcome them.
