In this workshop, you will learn the ins and outs of making sourdough bread and how to integrate it into your routine. You will learn what a starter is, how to develop one, and the benefits of sourdough. We will show you all the steps for preparing the dough and the proper kneading techniques. Of course, you will then enjoy a lovely lunch with the freshly baked bread. 


You will go home with sourdough starter, a list of tools, and a basic recipe with instructions. Baking bread is one of the oldest and most valuable skills one can have. With a few basic ingredients and knowledge, you will never go hungry! 


Sourdough bread is not only cozy and delicious but also very good for you. The naturally occurring yeast cultures improve the digestibility of the bread and provide that delightful sour taste. By developing this skill, you become less dependent on commercial food systems, know exactly what goes into your food, and eliminate a lot of packaging from your life. This workshop includes a simple plant-based lunch, coffee, and tea.
