Smaaklab #2: de kikkererwt

In the Taste Lab, you will discover the unique flavours of the diet of the future together with caterer Cas Schalkx. We are eating less and less meat, and currently, a quarter of all meals eaten in the Netherlands are vegetarian. But how do you actually create a delicious and healthy meal with vegetables in the lead role?

The Taste Lab is both a dinner and a lecture. Our goal is for you to leave with an enormous dose of inspiration from Fenkel's vegetable kitchen, along with, of course, a full stomach. You will sit together with other guests at a long table in the creative hotspot ‘De Garage’ in the heart of Breda. This invites engaging conversations and unexpected discoveries.

The ticket for the Taste Lab includes dinner and three drinks. The Taste Lab is a unique collaboration between the creative hotspot De Garage, vegetable caterer Fenkel, and 'Circular Creative' Stef Goedhart.
