Sjoerd van Eijck's OAK in Chassé Theater

An evening full of dreamy melodies, intimate improvisations, and musical stories that take you to another world. The album 'Eight' was nominated for an Edison Jazz Audience Award in 2024.

Sjoerd has also proven himself in recent years as a versatile sideman and has collaborated with many well-known names in the Dutch and international jazz scene, including Eric Vloeimans and Dennis van Aarssen.

In addition to his work as a performing musician, Sjoerd is also active as an educator. He is a principal subject lecturer at the Conservatorium Tilburg and at the Nieuwe Veste in Breda. He is now performing at the Chassé Theater together with OAK.
