S10 is one of the most original voices in Dutch music. With her powerful expression and authenticity, she shares her personal stories. Her very first theatre performance is about the growing pains in her search for safety. Stien: “I want to discover my story together with the audience. I want to talk about a young girl who has gone through a lot, but has also picked herself up. A story full of hope, honestly told, without embellishment.”
When is there room for a new story? Perhaps it's a ritual of letting go.
The letting go of pain and old ideas, and a celebration of all the possibilities that lie in the now. Together with her regular band members, S10 presents a mix of familiar repertoire and new music. She takes you through the creation of her songs and the stories behind them.
About S10
The 23-year-old artist S10, the stage name of Stien den Hollander, has become the crown princess of Dutch alternative pop. At just 17, she signed her first record deal. Following her debut album Snowsniper (2019) and Vlinders (2020), both of which received critical acclaim, she released ‘Ik Besta Voor Altijd Zolang Jij Aan Mij Denkt’ in 2022. This included ‘De Diepte’, with which she represented the Netherlands at the Eurovision Song Contest. This album was awarded an Edison in the 'Dutch-language' category and a 3FM Award for ‘Best Album’.
Over the past year, she performed at a sold-out AFAS Live and toured across the Netherlands with a sold-out club tour. She also appeared at festivals such as Down The Rabbit Hole and Lowlands, and will be performing this upcoming summer at Pinkpop and Pukkelpop.
