Information
On Wednesday, 27 November, the BLASt Prize will be awarded for the ninth time.
This cannot be done lightly: infill must not only contribute to greater housing differentiation but also to more greenery in the city, good water management, scaling up the facilities structure, and the mobility transition.
Additionally, the new development must integrate with the existing environment. In short, this is no easy task. Assessment To qualify, the infill development – defined as urban redevelopment – must have been completed in the last five years and delivered by November 2024. BLASt, the Breda platform for landscape, architecture, and urban planning that organises the BLASt Prize, has received sixteen entries. From these, the expert jury will select three nominees and then a winner.
