Lievense Live: Mr Lipstick & The Lost Traces

Lipstick Traces and the Phoenix have something in common: from the ashes of the defunct band Lipstick Traces emerged Mr Lipstick and the lost Traces.

Lipstick Traces guaranteed 20 years of quality covers and original work within the somewhat heavier classic rock genre. For 15 years, they were continuously present at the Gentse Feesten. With almost 1000 performances in Flanders, Wallonia, France, the Netherlands, and Switzerland, and 3 full CDs, they can look back on a rich and full track record.

After the band disbanded in 2006, 4 former members from the very beginning picked up the thread again. This has now resulted in a storming set of rock and roll history, often in a quirky and bold version. Picking up the thread with the past, yet daring to look hopefully towards the future with contemporary arrangements, is what Mr Lipstick and the lost Traces stand for.

Since 2016, they have been regularly rocking the stages in Flanders, Wallonia, the Netherlands, and France.
