Lievense Live: Headfirst + HAYLID

Double treat! Headfirst is Sixties songwriting with a Nineties sound. Catchy vocals, delivered with a punch in the face! Since the band was formed in 2016, they have worked hard to get to where they are now. Last year, they released their debut album Traffic Junkie! At the moment, Headfirst is working on their second album, which you can expect at the end of 2024. They have left their grungy sound behind and have evolved into a powerpop/alternative rock group influenced by bands like Oasis, The Beatles, and The Smiths.

HAYLID, founded in 2020, is known for their energetic and innovative indie/rock songs with blues and 80’s influences. Their debut single “Keep You Near” reflects a sincere passion for modernised rock music. Inspired by blues influences and the sounds of the 80s, the band has created a unique style that hovers between nostalgia and renewal.
