The Full Rubbish Cart is a family show by Schippers & Van Gucht, for young and old (from 7 years old) in a REAL   rubbish truck.  

Step through the loading flap INTO the rubbish truck: this is what transience looks like, it’s a hodgepodge. The waste gradually comes to life, starting with Wim, alias the rubbish cart itself: ‘Welcome to my steel belly.’

Juup Luijten, Rubbish Man on the truck, says: “The objects are brought to life using video projections and voices. With these recordings, we illuminate the different objects in 3D, from letter boxes, bicycles, walnuts, to pins, socks, and plastic. In short, everything that people might no longer need.”
The clutter in the XL waste container on wheels complains – because they feel discarded. "But gradually they discover that they have indeed been seen, not only by each other but also by those present, and of course by Wim."
