<p><br></p>After previous successful collaborations with composer Daan Manneke and the priory of Sint-Catharinadal, Musa Horti is crossing the border again for two unique concerts.

The programme includes a reprise of the commissioned work De Wijngaard, written for the 750th anniversary of the priory. In addition, we celebrate Daan Manneke's 85th birthday this year, and new work by him will also be performed.

Finally, we explore how Daan Manneke investigates and reworks the different layers of the Bach motet Ach wie flüchtig into a wonderful whole, worthy of the 'chapelmaster of space.' This will be interspersed with authentic choral classics from composers such as Brahms and Mendelssohn.
