CoderDojo - Makersbase

CoderDojo is an open source movement set up by volunteers. CoderDojo stands for holding free, non-profit development clubs and regular sessions for young people. Because CoderDojo is open source, the structure of each Dojo can be different.

CoderDojo Breda aims to teach children in Breda how to programme, so they are better prepared for their future. During a Dojo, children between the ages of 7 and 17 have the opportunity to take a free computer programming course under the guidance of experts.

In addition to learning programming, participants also meet other like-minded people. CoderDojo makes development and learning to programme, thanks to that combination, a fun, social, and kick-ass experience.
