Chamber Music Breda: Ramon van Engelenhoven

In 2025, week 8 at Nieuwe Veste will focus on the 'Week of Assessment Instruments'; during which piano and keyboard students of all ages and levels will deepen and broaden their skills. This will happen through workshops, lectures, films, and recitals, among other activities. Ramon van Engelenhoven will give an inspiring masterclass that week – in preparation for his concert on 21 February. Despite his young age, Ramon has made an impressive musical journey, achieving a perfect score upon graduating from the Conservatorium van Amsterdam and winning prestigious awards. His performances, including a collaboration with conductor Valery Gergiev and the release of a critically acclaimed CD, testify to his extraordinary talent. Ramon will showcase a wide range of emotions and techniques in his concert tonight, which will undoubtedly please and inspire both the audience and the attending piano students.
