Breda Veterans' Day

In collaboration with the municipality of Breda and the Stichting Serce Polski, the annual Breda Veterans Day is being organised. A beautiful moment to reflect on the valuable service of the Breda veteran. Breda has approximately 1100 veterans.
The programme:

• 14:30: Start of the parade of old military vehicles from Wolfslaar to Parade 12. The route will be published soon on the website of the Breda Veterans.
• 14:45: Gathering at Parade 12 (Former Chassé Barracks).
• 15:00: Ceremony of collective remembrance and floral tribute with speeches.
• 15:30: Parade to the White Carnation Park in Valkenberg.
• 16:00: Official opening of the White Carnation Park and unveiling of the monument with a speech by Mayor Paul Depla. During this ceremony, a memorial in honour of the Moluccan KNIL soldiers will also be unveiled.
• 17:00: End of the programme, but the celebration continues at Kasteelplein with various activities from Serce Polski.
