On Sunday, February 9, 2025, is the festive opening of the exhibition “Contemporary Realism” at Cultkitchen in Breda. Cultkitchen, which calls itself a breeding ground for the fine arts, hereby proudly presents itself as a gallery and will organize about ten exhibitions annually. Whereas in the past Cultkitchen already hosted several exhibitions, this will now become a constant factor. In this new set-up, the first exhibition is one of realistic artists from Breda who have often already earned their spurs. A number have also appeared in various television coastal programs such as 'Stars on the canvas'. The work on display ranges from hyper-realistic to very painterly. In this first exhibition, you will see realistic artists from Breda who have often already made their mark. Some have also been featured in various television art programmes such as 'Sterren op het doek'.
