BredaPhoto 2024

From old industrial buildings and churches to residential houses, parks, and the rugged new development area 't Zoet, BredaPhoto transforms the city of Breda into a large stage for photography and video art this autumn. For more than seven weeks, international top photographers will showcase their work side by side with young talents, sharing their vision on the theme Journeys.

The journey is a metaphor for the developments that everyone experiences in life and that can turn everything upside down. Sometimes this is a literal physical journey, in search of a new home and freedom, but often it is also psychological or spiritual, a quest for your own identity or a new life goal. With these stories, the artists at the BredaPhoto Festival aim to inspire you, perhaps to find a new path for yourself.

The festival will take place from 13 September to 3 November 2024.
