Restaurant Wolfslaar

Restaurant Wolfslaar has held a Michelin star since 2005. It is the only restaurant in Breda. It is situated in the woodland nature of the Wolfslaar Estate on the south side of Breda. 

The culinary team is led by chef Maarten Camps. His passion for the profession is evident in every dish that leaves his kitchen. Sommelier Rick van den Broek flawlessly pairs the best wine with it. Restaurant Wolfslaar recently received a new interior. In short, enjoy in an elegant ambiance with a modern flair and a relaxed atmosphere.

This sustainable policy earned Vannu one of the 23 green Michelin stars in the Netherlands in 2024 (the only one in Brabant)!

Hosts Demi and Martijn make Restaurant Markant in Ginneken a unique and welcoming place. In addition to their love for each other, they also share their great passion for wines and gastronomic enjoyment. 
The menu and the extensive wine list are diverse, unique, and surprising. The ingredients are sourced as much as possible from local suppliers. Chef Mathijs is the director of all the delicious and carefully crafted dishes.
